Warehouses people trust and agents that act on them. BigQuery, Dataform, Datastream, Segment CDP, Agent Platform (Vertex AI), ADK and Gemini Enterprise.
I'm a builder. In nineteen years I've started and sold six companies and an ecommerce agency, written a book, and led teams of marketeers and developers. What I like most is the seam where strategy meets code: setting the goal, then building the thing that hits it.

I catch fire inventing, coding and growing things that sell.
I work from the Netherlands. Since 2007 I've built and sold six online startups and an ecommerce agency of fifteen people — and written a book about how it is done.
Today I'm Head of Data, designing and implementing the data strategy for a big European retailer. I build the warehouse on Google Cloud — BigQuery, Dataform, Datastream, Cloud Run — and lead the team shipping the AI agents that run on top of it with Vertex AI, ADK and Gemini Enterprise.
Always up for a conversation about emerging tech, building products, or the startup you cannot stop thinking about.

Google Cloud from the ground up: Cloud Run, pipelines, IAM, CI/CD and cost control. Built to scale without becoming somebody's weekend problem.

Full-stack builds that convert. Python, PHP, JavaScript, Magento, WordPress, Laravel, React Native — and plain fast HTML when that's the honest answer.

SEO, SEA, email, CRO and server-side tracking, measured properly — so growth becomes a decision instead of a guess.

Business goals turned into a roadmap, then into working software. Strategic management background, product owner scars.

Your idea, your stack or your exit. I have run the build–grow–sell loop seven times and remember exactly where it hurts.
I own the data strategy across all our brands: designing and building scalable solutions on Google Cloud — BigQuery, Cloud Run, Dataform, Datastream, Segment CDP — that centralise data, improve decision-making and enable automation.
On top of that warehouse I lead the team building our next generation of AI agents with Agent Platform (Vertex AI), ADK and Gemini Enterprise. As Marketing Technology Lead I connect data, analytics and marketing platforms to power attribution, personalisation and performance marketing.
Independent work drawing on nearly two decades of online business: ecommerce, internationalisation, online marketing, web development, startups and applied machine learning.
My own ecommerce agency: online marketing and web development for clients, plus a steady stream of our own startup ideas. As owner and CTO I led a team of fifteen and was responsible for our Magento and WordPress development practice.
